Return Policy

We take great pride in making sure our customers love our products. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return an item, we’re happy to help. Returns are taken on a case by case basis so please email us directly at stumptownsoaps@gmail.com and we’ll talk through the options.

Stumptown Soaps is NOT responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. We will try and assist you through the process in any way we can.
